Running a warung, cafe, or street food stall is already hard enough. AirChecker is a prototype tool from PT. Axiom that shows how better air quality monitoring could make your space safer, fresher, and more comfortable for everyone.
1. Shows what you could monitor
- Demonstrates how key air indicators (such as particles, humidity, and temperature) can be tracked around cooking and serving areas.
- Helps you imagine how smoke, grease, and indoor pollution could be monitored instead of just guessed.
- Suggests how ventilation decisions might be guided by real data during busy hours.
2. Focuses on the people who matter
- Illustrates how a more comfortable environment can help customers stay longer and return more often.
- Highlights the potential to reduce staff exposure to poor air conditions during long shifts near stoves, grills, and fryers.
- Shows how alerts could warn you when air conditions are getting worse, before customers complain.
3. Keeps information simple
- Turns complex air data into simple status indicators in the demo, to show how things could look in real use.
- Uses clear messages (for example, when to open windows, adjust fans, or change filters) rather than raw numbers.
- Demonstrates how historical data could reveal patterns across days, weeks, and peak hours.
4. Helps you communicate hygiene and care
- Shows how visible air monitoring can support hygiene and safety narratives for your warung, cafe, or stall.
- Aligns with growing expectations from customers for cleaner, healthier environments, not just good food.
- Gives you a concept you can relate to customers: that you care about both food quality and air quality.
5. Built with UMKM F&B in mind
- Designed around the realities of small food businesses, not large industrial facilities.
- Imagined to be simple enough for owners and staff to use without a technical team.
- Considered for tight spaces, open-air setups, and mixed indoor–outdoor environments that many UMKM operate in.
Status: Demo and Exploration
AirChecker is currently a demo and exploration project from PT. Axiom. We are testing ideas, interfaces, and workflows to understand how air quality monitoring could best support UMKM F&B businesses before we commit to full-scale hardware, sensors, or production APIs.
